SkinXcel is my private, female-only skin studio in Aveley, South Ockendon. I've spent over 10 years treating skin, mostly acne and congestion, and every treatment I do is planned around how your skin is behaving on the day.

I use professional skincare from Lira Clinical, DermaQuest and Tropics. Whether it's breakouts, pigmentation, sensitivity, dull skin or thinning hair, we'll work out a plan that suits you and your budget.

Clients come to me from across Essex, London and Kent, and some travel even further.

Yes. SkinXcel is a private, female-only skin and scalp studio in Aveley, South Ockendon, Essex RM15 4AR, welcoming clients from Grays, Thurrock, Rainham and across Essex.

Start with the Skin Discovery Consultation (£50), which includes advanced digital skin scanning and a professional skin assessment, or the Skin Discovery Consultation + Express Bespoke Facial (£80). Within 24 hours you receive your personal SkinXcel Skin Report with a clear treatment plan. Book your next treatment within 72 hours and receive £20 off.

How do I book and pay?

Book online through our booking page. A £20 deposit secures your appointment, and the remaining balance can be paid by cash or bank transfer after your treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in loss of your deposit. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, a £10 late fee may apply. If you are 20 or more minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit lost.

Can I bring someone with me?

Please attend your appointment alone. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must come with you.

Do you treat teenagers?

Yes. The Teen Fresh Glow Facial (£45) is for under-18s and focuses on congestion, blackheads and early acne, with simple guidance for looking after their skin at home.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. SkinXcel gift vouchers from £50 to £100 can be bought online.

Booking policies

Payment
A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid by cash or bank transfer after your treatment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean a £10 late fee, and 20 or more minutes late means your appointment is cancelled and your deposit lost.
Cancellations
48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
